After a bad experience with another body shop Al?????'s Called Antonio and brought my car to this place. It took them more time than what they said is going to take to fix my car, but I am happy that my car got fix perfectly. And did I mentioned that they waived the deductible too. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Giovanni and Antonio are wonderful to do business with. I've taken several different types of cars to them over many years (including my current Porsche) and they have always known exactly what to do professionally to solve the problem, explain it clearly, and do the mechanical or body repair. Honesty, experience, excellent team and dedication to customer service... that's what you get at ISM.

If you have a European car that's out of warranty, you must bring it to ISM. I found out about this place about six years ago when my transmission died and towed it to BMW dealer who quoted $6000. With that amount of money, might as well get a new car. The tow truck gentlemen recommended I take it to ISM and he would only trust his M3 here. So that I did and the transmission still runs to this day. With my car being old, I know it's going to be costly in terms of maintenance and yearly services and I'm talking about 1-2K per year until I decide to get a new car. Even with it costing a pretty penny to repair, don't regret it one bit at ISM. The service has always been friendly, feel like I'm being quoted fair prices, no up-selling for repairs and services I don't need, and they don't treat me like a dumb bimbo because I'm a female who doesn't know much about cars.

I am writing this review for Joleena at ISM. This lady is so awesome and has really helped a girl out. She is very smart and super knowledgeable. I have an 88 mercedes 560 sl and I am someone who knows nothing about cars. Joleena does and she was able to advise me about what I needed to do to take car of my auto. It is so comforting to be able to have a woman let me know the breakdown and I really trust her. I went to another shop and I really feel like they took advantage of me but here at ISM they are professional and I feel they are truly honest. I also had my car side swiped while parked. I took my car to them and it looks perfect. These guys are the best. Thanks again Joleena and ISM!

I blew a speaker in my Cayman S. What was once an enjoyable base note had become a very annoying rattle in the passenger side door. I brought the car into International Sport Motors and initially they thought that there was something loose on my sub-woofer (located under the center console) so they tightened things up, applied some insulation, and had me pick up the car. Unfortunately the rattle was still there. I brought the car back and this time we had ordered a passenger-side door speaker. They installed the speaker and told me to pick up the car. Unfortunately the rattle was still there. This time it was a little worse. I brought the car back again and this time they tried adding some insulation and checked to see if any door fasteners were missing from the previous fix-attempts but nothing was obvious. The rattle had become worse by this time. The folks at ISM then did a little research and found a potential fix. By this point everyone was pretty exhausted from dealing with this issue. They had ONE more trick to try. I brought the car in for one more attempt and this one did it. The third time was the charm. ------- I am giving ISM 5 Stars because they genuinely cared about fixing the issue. The 'test' song we agreed to use was Drake's Hotline Bling. I am sure all of their staff is 100% sick of that song by now as it must have been played 100s of times in that shop. While it took a few attempts, to resolve this particular issue, I would definitely take my car back here. This is a fair, patient, ethical, and professional team that care about the customer. I would highly recommend.

Great service on my Mercedes. You have to schedule an appointment as they are busy busy. However they do have a good deal with Enterprise car service which is only a block away so it's not as painful if you have to be without your baby for a couple of days. (ISM will schedule the rental car and your pickup anyway. Had never even heard of that!) They spent some time trying to diagnose the problem and overall the price seemed very good considering they worked on my car off and on for about 3 days -less than $500 including the diagnostic (engine light stuff so a bit more tricky than normal). Gelina is amazing and makes the place INCREDIBLY WOMAN FRIENDLY. This is HUGE. She is no BS and actually her response to a random cold call I did BEFORE I got my car was what prompted me to come back when I finally got my MB E350.
