Comprehensive Written Estimates
At International Sport Motors we offer free estimates using our computerized estimating software. Let our experts write a thorough, comprehensive report of all collision or mechanical repair damages.
Our estimates (or vehicle damage appraisals) are a visual inspection list containing the items needed to repair your vehicle or, in the case of a collision, return your vehicle to pre-accident condition. Feel free to give us a call at any time to make an appointment or just drop by our shop.
If your car is not drivable we can go to your home or office and estimate the damages. All off-site estimates are free for customers that have the vehicle repaired with us.

Complete Collision Estimate Process
The estimate process always begins with a visual inspection. Once approved, we tear down the collision area to look for any hidden damages to your vehicle. A 'supplement' is then written itemizing the changes to the original estimate.
Accurate damage identification is of the utmost importance when your vehicle is in the shop. The repair process is significantly expedited by having all parts on hand or on their way before the repair begins. That is why it is important to make a thorough pinpoint examination of the affected areas of the vehicle.
Hidden Collision Repair Damages
Hidden damages (or estimate supplements) are damages which are not visible until after your repairs begin. This hidden damage occurs in over 50% of estimates.
We have developed systems to attempt to capture these instances and prevent surprises. When this happens, we inform you, notify all necessary parties and file a supplement with your insurer to alert them of any extra costs discovered.
Our Vehicle Painting Process
Preparations start for applying the color coat. The vehicle is covered to protect it from overspray. A primer surface is applied to seal the substrate and guarantee good adhesion of paint. After the surface hardens, it is sanded and cleaned.

I had my BMW 740il towed to ISM on a recommendation (ignition lock/tumblers unexpectedly seized up). The team at ISM were all very pleasant & helpful, from the front office to the shop floor. The quality of work on my car was top-notch, used genuine BMW parts, but saved me money by having lower--and much more reasonable--labor rates versus traditional BMW dealerships.
